Part 5. Safe operation management system
1. The application, examination and approval procedures must be handled during the operation, and the location, time, scope, scheme, safety measures and on-site monitoring of the operation must be clearly defined.

Part 8. Accident management system
1. After the accident, the parties or the finder shall immediately report the place, time and unit of the accident, the number of casualties, the preliminary estimate of the cause, the measures taken after the accident and the accident control situation, and report the relevant departments and leaders to the police. Casualties and poisoning accidents, we should protect the scene and quickly organize the rescue of employees and property. Major fire, explosion and oil running accidents should be formed into the site headquarters to prevent the spread of accidents.
